Snarfzilla 0.0.4 Alpha Test
Thank you for trying Snarfzilla.
Under the 'Options' menu, choose 'Snarfzilla Preferences' and fill out all the fields.
Use the 'Browse Keys' tab to search Freenet using various key indexes. Select a key index from the drop
down menu, type in a search word and press return. When your results show, double click to start downloading.
Check the progress in the 'Download' tab. In version 0.0.5 you will be able to add web or in-Freenet key indexes
yourself.
Use 'Download' to type in a key you'd like to request. You can download multiple files simultatneously.
The 'Upload' tab will let you queue multiple keys for insertion. It doesn't do them simultaneously in this
version. You can use the 'Create Freesite' tab to upload multiple keys simultaneously.
You can use 'Generate SSK Keypair' from the 'Tools' menu to create and save a pair of private and public
keys.
Fill in the blanks under 'Create Freesite', press 'Start' and you're publishing a freesite.
Snarfzilla includes a primitive freesite browser. It is in the very early stages of development. This is the buggiest part of Snarfzilla, beware. It will be extremely secure because it ignores Javascript and can't connect to the WWW from it, so is much safer than a 'real' web browser with Fproxy. You can try a couple freesites here:
